2. Booking and Payment

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or social media.A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.Impact Detailers Pro LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The vehicle must be accessible and parked in a safe location.Customers must remove personal belongings before service begins. Impact Detailers Pro LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged items.We require access to a water supply and electricity for certain detailing services unless otherwise specified.

5. Service Satisfaction & Liability

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please notify us immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.Impact Detailers Pro LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damages, including scratches, dents, stains, or fading.We are not liable for any damages resulting from services performed unless caused by negligence on our part.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, etc.). We will work with customers to find a suitable new appointment date.
